The project is located in baili cuckoo jucheng management area of guizhou province，which has the inherent advantage of being surrounded by mountains on three sides。Relying on the urban road greenway，the project integrates into the overall ecological environment of the residential area，and combines the terrain characteristics of the site's one-way slope to build a three-dimensional display surface to create a home in the scenic area for the owners。
The project is divided into two phases: the first phase covers 37,730 square meters and the second phase covers 33,883 square meters。
Surrounded by mountains on three sides， the project relies on the original topography and topography，and strictly avoids the underground karst cave approach area。Inspired by the blooming of rhododendrons,，the building is arranged in a ring along the red line， just like the petals of rhododendrons are laid out layer upon layer。
According to the terrain and local areas， a spatial structure of one axis， three centers and three belts is formed,，so that each ring of the building has belt green space before and after， improving the living quality。
項目位于貴州省百里杜鵑鉅鋮•花漫庭管理區(qū)，坐擁三面環(huán)山的先天優(yōu)勢，依托城市道路綠廊，融入住區(qū)整體生態(tài)環(huán)境，時結(jié)合場地單向坡的地勢特征，構(gòu)筑立體展示面，“為業(yè)主打造一個景區(qū)里的家”。
項目共分為兩期，一期用地面積：37730平方米，二期用地面積：33883平方米。
項目三面環(huán)山，依托原有地形地勢，嚴(yán)格避開地下溶洞途徑區(qū)域。以杜鵑綻開為靈感，建筑沿紅線呈環(huán)狀布置猶如杜鵑花瓣層層鋪開，環(huán)狀建筑圍合中心形成大中庭景觀猶如杜鵑花蕊。
依據(jù)地形及局部，形成“一軸、三心、三帶”的空間結(jié)構(gòu)，使其每一環(huán)建筑前后都有帶狀綠化空間，提升居住品質(zhì)。
