The project is located in the Shugang district of Dongxing in the Naxi area of Luzhou city, and it is 10 kilometers far away from Luzhou downtown. And it is close to the Lantian airport ----10 minutes’ by car. There is a current road in the east of the site, and it is in the junction of Ziyang Avenue to create a natural visual corridor. The land is on the west of Yangtze River, and there is 620 meters along with it.
The style of the architecture is Art-Deco, so is the landscape style. The landscape emphasizes on the axis, and layout of main and secondary landscape.The whole landscape emphasizes on the creation of water landscape, and combines the layout of architecture and terrain with the water to make the water runs through the whole community. Meanwhile, the pavement changes. The sculptures are diversity and impressive. Combined with the “new” concept, we deal with some parts in simple means to meet the aesthetic values of modern people.
項目位于納溪區(qū)河東新城疏港片區(qū)內，距瀘州市區(qū)10公里，距離藍田機場10分鐘車程。項目東面有一條現(xiàn)狀道路，且交匯與紫陽大道，形成自然的視線通廊；西臨長江，沿江長度約620米，用地呈條狀分布長江河灘邊。
該項目建筑風格為Art-Deco (新古典主義)，景觀設計延續(xù)建筑的新古典風格，強調軸線對稱且主、次景觀帶分明的景觀布局，整個景觀注重水景的打造，結合建筑的布局及地形將水系貫穿到整個小區(qū)，同時注重一定的鋪裝圖案變化，有多樣性且視覺印象清晰的小品雕塑，結合“新”的概念進行局部簡約處理，以符合現(xiàn)代人的審美觀。
